CD-ROM Developer's Lab is actually a course on CD-ROM production. We
taught it a few years ago and took the materials we developed and turned
them into a CD-ROM. We also got a lot of material and demos from various
Vendors of CD-ROM products or services.
The idea was to put all the material you'd need to know to produce a CD-ROM
based product in one place. It covers data collection, data prep,
programming, encryption, cross platform developement, audio, video,
graphics, pre-mastering, mastering, packaging, project management, etc.
The current edition (II) was published last spring, we plan to do a new
version next spring as well.
