Jeff, To give you an idea of how Microsoft looks at Microsoft Works, I have provided a table (Exhibit 6) of Harvard Business School Case 9-588-028, Rev. 10/17/89, entitled: Microsoft Corporation: The Introduction of Microsoft Works. Quote from the case on page 13: "(MS Works was) positioned as an easy-to-learn, esay-to-sell, integrated solution to the productivity needs of "breadth users" in homes and small businesses, who were buying their first computer." 3.
