#Vis Basic Global Atoms
Does anyone know how to query windows for what applications are
currently executing, and what link topics a currently highlighted in the
currently running application, from within a Visual Basic Application. I
believe this involves reading the Global Atom Table, but I have heretofore
been able to avoid building C or C++ applications for windows for the
business environment.
