Kevin: I confess that I doubted the CD-I folks would deliver, there has been talk about it for years it seems but no product. Well that's changed the product is shipping and I think CDTV is going to find it tough out there. Forget about who is better, marketing clout could well decide the outcome. Getting CD-I's into stores like Tandy counts. CD-I companies seem to be able to do it, Commodore apparently can't. It's much too early to predict a winner, even if they'll be a winner as such. But it really amazed me just how much attention this machine was getting in the store from just about everyone. CDTV can generate the same interest it's just that the average consumer is not going to run into CDTV players the way they will CD-I. -=Martin=- – via Whap!
