Hi, Nathan– Internet-via-CIS may be expensive but I expect to be able to use it "anywhere" via my laptop (including overseas), and it spares me the hassle of organizing some new connection method which does not seem worth it while my volume of use remains limited. Pretty quick I may want too much for these prices, but maybe by then things will change with CIS charges. CIS seems to change its rates in February (2 out of 2 in my limited experience), so watch this space next month… Given the global nature and higher speed connections with CIS (last time I looked – still true with Delphi?), perhaps the best answer is a local Internet provider for heavy duty stuff and CIS for traveling (depending on how widely one travels). –Doug
