Ben; Actually, I'm not too thrilled with WP's Amiga interface. There are a couple of things about their file requester that I really like but overall I prefer Khalid's. As to WP 5.x at AmiExpo, again lying is a pretty strong statement. It doesn't make any sense that they would lie about it. It does make sense that either they were overly optimistic or that some serious problem was discovered after the announcement. I certainly agree that WP's problems and deficiencies are not your fault. I will even go so far as to say that I suspect that in the earily days of WP you probably tried to provide debug help (likely not too gently, but probably with sincerity). I know about some of the praise your organization receives, after all I see a bit here. I also do not hesitate to recommend your products… for a multitude of reasons. While I don't not think that I should have as many problems as I do, and feel that some of the program response is inappropriate (like locking up), I also believe that: 1). I don't have much right to bitch since I know that if I submit a bug report action to solve the problem WILL take place. 2). I don't see anyone else having the problems and really believe that it has more to do with my expectations of operational behavior than with any sort of design flaws in the program. 3). I also rarely reboot my machines, which is probably not a common mode of amiga operation for your users and memory fragmentation is not something that you can fix. -bill/ARS KB7LX
