Mr. Mooose,
I have a true-to-life technical question (refreshing, huh?). Anyhoo,
When using Lightwave, I animated an object to begin behind the camera and
slide out and twist into the picture (much like the intro letters on the
"Revolution" tape).
But, since my letters were some distance behind the camera at the
beginning, I had several blank frames at the beginning of the animation
before the letters appeared in the picture.
So, I moved my letter-object up closer to the camera and reset the new
position as a key frame. BUT, when previewing, the object first moved back
towards it's first key position before moving forward into the picture. It
was as if it "rembered" where it was before even though the key positions
were different. How come? How can I make it stop? I really don't want to
have to write my key positions on paper and start over.
Any suggestions?
