One of us, probably me, has an earlier version of the software and manual. In any event, if you know what you need to separate fields for the other database, it should be a simple matter to set up a print form that inserts the appropriate characters between fields. The output is a plain vanilla ASCII text file in whatever format your print form has put it in. If I recall correctly (I'm at work now and don't have the manual handy) MFF can accept space separators, and other programs should accept spaces, commas or tabs. The only one I'm not sure MFF will do is tabs. Mike
