Will, I just installed MM Windows last night – haven't had too many problems so far. I did experience one crash back to the DOS prompt with Windows unable to restart – it occurred while playing the 28-meg .WAV file in the demos\spooky directory on the CD. I haven't experimented with the Sound Recorder yet – sounds like there may be a DMA problem. I used to run regular Windows and get crashes when digitized sounds played – then I got a DMA error message. Perhaps the MM Win crashes are related. As always, this "bleeding edge" technology is tough to work with. The other problem I'm having is getting the Sequencer to play my MIDI files properly – the percussion sounds like sweeping white noise.
