It seemed like a lot of money at the time. 🙂
I have probably spent $3000/$4000 dollars on CIS purchases since then and
every one of them has been satisfactory except one other (and its still
pending).
I realize that I am contradicting what you are saying here but, the vast
majority of dealings that I have had as a result of a CIS posting have been
excellent.
