Normally I would respond to such a message with kind and gentle questions to help you identify the problems you are having. However, when you exhibit the poor taste and bad judgment to use terms like "…negligence and utter stupidity…" you deserved to be slammed. I didn't notice you posting any inquiry to other users or Soft Logic Tech Support online here and yet for some reason you feel justified in flaming a product that works extremely well for many user here on CIS (and thousands not online). I sincerely hope that you just got up on the wrong side of the bed and that you are not really the kind of jerk you appear to be. I you really want to find out if you have a bad version of the software (unlikely, but possible) or find out what YOU are doing wrong, then post the specifics of your hardware and software configuration. – Whapping from the North Coast Michael
