Don, Well I'd like to know why it didn't work, too! But, after months of aggravation and returning boxes, I just gave up. I didn't know how to find out why it didn't work. When I left messages here, I basically got two kinds of responses. One kind said that the switcboxes also gave them a poor output display. The other kind said that it worked fine for them.
