My company is working on a product called TurboSync.
It's an external device that will let you fix the scan rate at 31.5, 48,
63, or 75 KHz It's due to come out in NOV
But I'm not deffinatly guaranting that it will, I should know in about 2-3
weeks (working on proto's).
So you may want to grab onto that 17"
