Speaking of Performas, I happened to be in a supply store yesterday (the
huge "Office Warehouse" chain)… and they had a Performa 400 (same as Mac
II LC?) running a neat little audio/video demo. It was marked as normally
$2995 (?), but their price was $1495. I believe that includes 4MB ram,
40MB hard disk and 12" color monitor. Pretty impressive price.
