Generally, COD requiring a bank check or cash is the way to handle such
transactions. As to which one of you pays the COD fee, that's up to you
to work out between yourselves. I've noticed from the postings here that
the seller generally accepts the COD fee in these transactions, but that's
just traditional, not a requirement.
