I like the title. I'm looking forward to seeing it.
Since I have your ear, how about a quick clarification… There's a card
(Surge Protector Fails) which you can play on another player to force him
to lose an upgrade. Who gets to choose the upgrade lost, the player who
plays the card, or the player who the card is played on? It's hard to say
from the description on the card…
