Missing Include Files
On pp. 341-343 of RKM:Libraries, there is an example program for reading
Preferences under 2.04. This program references 9 include files in the
'prefs' subdirectory.
The include files with SASC 6.0 do not have a prefs subdirectory, nor are
these files placed elsewhere. The include files from the AWTJ V1 #3 do not
have these files either. I can not find them referenced in the
RKM:Includes and Autodocs manual.
I am a little confused and bemused by these circumstances. Although I
could get the information I need from the files using brute force, that
seems to be the wrong way to go about it.
Can anyone shed any light on this situation? Am I overlooking these files
somewhere? Can a non-developer order them from CATS?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
