A buddy of mine (who is not on CIS) has been using 3D Studio 2.0 for a little while now. He is not very computer literate, but does some amazing things with the software (it's got me very interested)… He has two problems that have been bugging him. He asked me if I could figure it out with the manual, which I couldn't, so I told him I would post his questions here. Problem number one: He is moving several objects from one position to another over the course of an animation. He wants them to look like "switches", in that they move from one position to another in a single frame and then stay in that position, but they all 'overshoot' the intended placement. What can he do to make them 'stick'? Problem number two: He is using the 'RED NEON' material that shows up fine on single frame renders, but disappears when he generates an animation file (it turns to grey, no sign of the red in the scene). Any ideas? Thanks in advance. John…..
