Then there's the fact that most of the 32,000 color IBM cards can only do
that in the "standard" VGA resolutions…. Something about the "HiColor"
chip that makes the 32,000 color modes die at 800×600 resolution. Never
mind that 800x600x32000 is advertised, it doesn't work all that well.
