I find Grolier's business practises to be, at best, questionable. I had
thought they were a reputable company but I may have been wrong.
The Postmaster did say I was solicitate by mail and ordered by mail so I
could file a complaint. I keep thinking if they have to spend time
responding to complaints they'll never get the update out!
