Shipping in Canada
Hi !
I think I need some help from Autodesk. At the end of november I received my
card to upgrade from 3DS3.0 to 3DS4.0. Since last august that I heard about
that upgrade. I contact my educationnal reseller here in Montreal and ask her
for the upgrade. It seems that they could not keep educationnal upgrade in
stock and that now they have to be send directly from Sausalito.
I made the check and send my 3DS3.0's diskette No2 to the reseller.I don't mind
too much and I put my animation work in standby for the Xmas time. I phone her
this afternoon and they don't know if the shipment is made yet.
Is there any problem ? Is it a normal delay for Autodesk ? I think it's too
long :- ( . The Autodesk crew made their pitch in a Montreal hotel about 4
months ago ! It's difficult to catch the wave that way 🙂 May be somebody
could think of a better procedure for regular upgrade.
