Dear Mr. Little, I have been informed that you had a problem with the Post Office. We never "refused" to accept your package. As far as we can tell, your package has been lost by the Post Office. We are attempting to rectify the situation and JoAnn has told me she offered to replace the product with a SBase4 Personal. You seem to be very upset about something and you do not seem to communicate what it is you are trying to say. Specifically, what is it that we have done improperly? I also wonder what you mean `preferred Amiga Supplier', please specify what you mean. Also, do you consider this a form of communication?
