I think scanning from printswill give you the best quality for trans output. Video res images wont give you very good quality transperencies because of the low resolution. You should be able to have the slides scanned directly (no prints) by a service bureau to about 1200×1000 res, then add text with adpro ( or pro page for highest quality text) then back out to trans. Being able to tranfer files to a from the amiga will turn out to be the toughest part. The cost of the scanns alone could easily pay for a small scanner (jx 100 at $300). Making continuous tone photographic quality transparencies is one of the most demanding applicatios for any computer. The higher the res of the input will vastly improve the quality of the output.
