Sequential frame-grabs and dumping 24-bit pics from other packages can be done with the program `Transporter', which is like a software SFC. With it you can have it creat a script that can dump frames to tape in any sequence you want. For example, if you make an animation of a logo that is to swing into the center of camera view and then pause for 30 frames then swing out the way it came, for a total of 5 secs, with Transporter you can render the logo moving into center stage then direct it to dump the frames to tape but hold the last frame for 30 cuts then lay the frames backwards, viola! You only had to render part of the animation and not all of it. I wish it were always that simple. Well it does support just about every display board out there and they are constanly adding to what it can do. Look into it, it can really make your life easier.
