I've only had one dealing with ERM, the telephone ordering of a single disc at a very low price. I was concerned because I was calling from Canada and like many Canadians have a concern of dealing with discount American direct sales outfits — we don't have the protection of your postal laws, etc. The person I spoke to was very helpful, I was told the price had been reduced and was actually less than the last ad I'd seen. Apparently there is a minimum order (very low) but the disc I wanted was under that. The person waived the rule because I hadn't known about it — although I offered to buy a couple of other discs to make up the price. I received the order quickly, all was correct, a full catalogue was included, everything was carefully packed. I was very impressed at every step of the way and would not hesitate to deal with ERM again, in fact now their ads are among the first I look for when I buy a computer mag. Hope that helps.
