If you really mean Fed Supp itself, with the West key numbers, squibs and
case headers, that's copywritten material and would be available only from
West or a licensee. I haven't heard that it's available, but you could
check with West in Minnesota (Minneapolis, I think). There are other
CD-ROMs available with the full text of cases, generally in specific areas
of law, such as tax, and from specific jurisdictions, e.g., states. I
think one of the regulars here puts out a CD-ROM for New Hampshire or
Vermont, in fact. There is a Matthew Bender add for its Personal Injury
series in the October issue of the ABA Journal.
If you find out more, I'd be interested to know the upshot.
