I just recieved the latest version (4.0) of premier today. It does a lot more than the 1.1 version, but one the same note has most of the same limitations. For example, no improved audio editing. I would suggest you look into MediaStudio. The Video Capture of MediaStudio is actually included with the Miro DC1. Why I suggest MediaStudio is because it is more of a complete solution, audio editing, image editing, even morphing. Theres alot more, but you'll have to talk to Ulead to find out what. Dave Coy
