CD to WAV
Dave,
The SBpro quality will sound pretty poor compared with the raw CD output.
Remember that the SBpro is sampling at a poorer rate AND only in 8 bits (so
bang goes the dynamic range). Check the filter settings on the SBPro mixer
(I turn both filters off).
My SBPro does not exhibit the "Motor Boat" noise, but does pick up a lot of
high frequency clicks and splutters from the digital signals present in the
machine.
