Chris,
This is a subject that elicits strong feelings from some of us here in CIS,
who are interested in collecting. When I hear of such legislation, I
immediately want to know how the categories of permitted collectors and the
outlawed collectors will be defined.
Can you help us out by posting the proposed bill? We can then take a look at
its language and see what it's likely to do to us. (Of course, I am sceptical
that any good could come of anything from the office of Kennedy, "the lady
killer.")
