One thing about Prowrite that drives me bats since I've started using Finl
Copy — the print quality. I hate letters with the "jaggies." Output from
Final Copy looks almost laser-printed. Prowrite's best output comes from
using double-size (or larger) fonts and then scaling it down at print
time. Not intuitive to me.
However, the people at softwood seem to never have thought that people
might want to use their printer's resident NLQ fonts.
In Prowrite 3.3 — can I ask Prowrite what file is open through ARexx? And
if so, will I get the _full_ file and path? The 3.2 manual doesn't list
any ways to GET information From ProWrite, though I can TELL it to do
things until the cows come home. BTW, Final Copy can't do this either —
to my annoyance.
