You should be able to in any program that lets you 'type in' the font
point size… for example, run the system Font prefs program, select one
of the fonts to change, then it will list the available pt sizes for each
font in the font requester… click on the string gadget below the pt
sizes and type in a size that isn't listed, one will be created (in
memory, not disk).
