Hi Dave. Not sure what the "R12 Dealer Upgrade Training Kit" you mention is, we don't have any product by that name. However, guessing that you mean the materials from the Dealer Training dept. that you would have received at one of their training sessions on R12, then the answer is that this is the same materials that we have released as the "AutoCAD R12 Update Exercise Set". Sounds like you have done the same thing we have which is to convert this material into a form suitable for instructors and students in a classroom situation. This is the first of the Learning Resource Series, Technical material. We will be following with more material to cover AutoCAD, 3DS and others as driven by demand. It would be interesting to see the approach you took in "converting" the materials and compare them to ours. Care to swap one of yours for one of ours? <g> Would also value your overall input on the whole topic of learning resources for instructors and students. Thoughts you might have on what works and what doesn't. What you need the most as an instructor. What you would want Autodesk to supply ideally. ……… You get the idea. wayne
