Ol' iron horses (eg; WordPerfect) may not be pretty sitting next to sleak
sportsters, but when they laid down that iron, they made it solid (even if
it is clunky, nowadays).
I too hope that the current wordprocessing "stars" will evolve some time
soon, such that automatic generation of index entries, et cetera, will be
a "given". Maybe we can start a petition and send it to the various
wordprocessing vendors?
