well, i'm not sure i need a new toaster. have been using it with two source inputs, a/b etc, for almost a year through an av-5. had a good tbc alta cygnus 5.5 all along but it was useless since it's single line. only now i purchased a dps, genlocked to alta, and only since then i am experiancing toaster not booting green screen. but it's very seldom. feeding black burst to input one, and i bet toaster does not like it every once in a while. it's a Horita black burst/ bars generator. I'm not sure how stable it is. I'm sure that's all it is. but, keep feeding info, i'm still learning and i am a computer moron. I still have a hammer and a 9mm handy. depands how big the problem is, that's what IT'S getting. thanks, george
