with your ag7750 you should have gotten a lammenated setup sheet. you should go through it step by step and setup the ag7750. there should be a timeout setting that you can control so that the heads are not sitting on the tape for more than a min or so. actually you should render out to targa files then use 3ds2 to record to the ag7750. this will save you time and money in the long run on the ag7750. do not go frame by frame for still images! its not nessesary at all. just set the amount of frames in 3ds2's vtr control panel to how many frames you want it to record and run the edit once. the frames will look probably better because your not jog shuttling the tape back and forth for every frame. lastly make sure your running it serial and not parallel. if your using a diaquest controller then you should be running serial over parallel. sherwood sherwood animations
