Paul,
Speedcache+ is supposedly going to be available nationwide late this year but
if you want to order it now it is available from JDR Microdevices for $79.95
(86 with shipping) at 1-800-538-5005.
When I bought it only 5.25" disks were available (1 disk). I think there
will probably be an upgrade late first quarter of 1993.
