#toaster not responding

Assume I sent my Toaster back, was repaired and returned. I triple checked
my connections in a production environment and still got TNR. How about if
the production room (being banished to the far reaches of the studio) is a
COLD room, say down to 60 degrees F at night. When I come in the morning I
must turn on the Amiga for 30-45 minutes before I can boot the Toaster w/o
TNR. Is there a problem with temperature drift in Toaster components?
Anyone else had a similar problem?
