Bob, is the animation rendered yet or not? If so, in what format (FLC, TGA)? If it is an FLC, the easiest is to use Animator Pro to do it. Load up the FLC, go to the desired frames and delete them in the Frame menu. If they are a sequence of sequentially numbered TGAs just delete those 7 TGAs and renumber the frames. If you haven't rendered yet, you may be able to delete the keys of those 7 frames (if there are any) and then use the slide option in Track Info to slide all preceding keys back 7 frames. This may not be the best method in this case. You will have to experiment a bit to get the right result. In any case keep a backup of the animation in case you make a mistake.
