Imagemaster R/t will do an excellent job of converting from Targa to
Toaster frame stores which (I think) is what you mean when you say
"convert to a Toasterpaint file". OTOH, if you *really* mean a
Toasterpaint file, it can do that, too. :^)
Imagemaster R/t is also by far the most powerful image manipulation
system available for the Amiga, and adds many special effects
capabilities that a Toaster system otherwise lacks.
