LightWave has always been a Very intuitive for the User, IMHO. Its
like having a Nikon, complete photo studio, machine shop and video
studio in one package. The current rev 3.0 s/w is capable of
extremely Photo Realistic renders and this is whats most important to
me.
Photo Realism ( difficulty of seeing as CG imagery ) is THE most
difficult application for any 3D animation package. LW kicks Butt.
The Amiga is also still far ahead of other comparable platforms when
it comes to the generation of Desktop CG animation, inhertly in its
h/w.
Probably still depends on what you want to do………Now
