Hello all, I am contemplating the purchase of an Amiga, mainly as a test bed/expermental machine. I work on Intel (PC compatable) machines and also collect "orphan" computers. What peaked my interest was the grapevine buyout of CBM stock. They have some good deals, mostly on the A500 if they are still available. After looking through an issue of Amiga World I see that the A600 is about the same price new. I have worked with Amigas before, back when the a2000 first came out I ran a lab with mostly 1000's and a couple of 2000's. What I need is a feature list of the different models and maybe some (no TOO biased) reviews. I looked in the libraries ad fount the SPEC.TXT but it only covers the 600 and 4000. Any one want to help fill in the gaps. Are there any advantages to the 500 over the 600 (doubtful). I probably will stick with the low end models for now but if the A1200 is really great let me know. Thanks for any info you can give. Pete Borders <71170,77>
