deleting
Use an editor – ED or something – to read your User-Startup and remove any
reference there to Terminus. then, re-boot your machine and see if that
doesn't get rid of it for you.
Sounds as though you need some help with the memory board – or it is possible
that it is defective and you need to get it replaced.
