memory
Joan,
Just from what you wrote =>Amiga Workbench–1,390,696 graphics mem, 0 other
memory<= just your stock graphics memory (ie your chip ram) is present. No
fast ram. Try reseating your board, and then make sure your ram chips are set
right. Before you do this make sure your machine is unplugged and you have
grounded yourself. This may cure your woes.
=>Even if it isn't should I be abole to load Autopilot on my system?
You should, but instead of installing Autopilot into your Workbench: put it
into you Work: partition. There is more disk space there. You will still need
to clean up your Workbench: drawer though. Autopilot puts some needed programs
into it, and with your disk space available Autopilot will not be able to place
them where they are supposed to go. Either way Autopilot should be working for
you real soon now (and allow me to say that you will find it a relief to be
able to use it's message editor rather than the one CIS has <g>)…
As the boss of the forums here is fond of saying though… 'Do not forget to
read the documentation.' <g>
