Good luck on you client meeting.
I am in the process of setting up an S corporation, and have researched the
pro's and con's fairly recently. I'm going into it mainly for tax purposes.
The first thing I did was collect all the reciepts that have to do with my
buisness. Some task! But I've added things up, and it's really going to pay
off for me, tax wise.
