macro model
I'm having diffculty in saving large .dxf (2mb – 4mb or lager)files in
macro moder into .works files. I draw my 3-d files on a IBM, copy
them to my removable hard drive, mount the dos removable onto my mac
using access pc. Thru apple file exchange I translate the pc.dxf
file into a mac format. Open file in macro model (opens fine) then
go to save as .works file and it fails after a few minutes. I have
26 mb allocated to macro model. What is going wrong. For the
recored and the heck of it i was successful in opening the file and
render it in Infini-D.
Also i would like to know how macro model handles Autocad features
like recognizing layers, blocked or grouped objects and line colors.
I think macromind 3d does neither.
