Unlike every other program you mentioned, Inscriber is actually a
Titling program. Outside of full blown dedicated hardware titlers, it
doesn't get any better on the PC. Phenomenal Antialiasing, real roll
features, etc. The program is available in a variety of flavors from
Truecolor VGA to VISTA.
