You can look at it more as a merger of two companies, if you prefer. Being that he is now part-owner of our animation department, we brought along his equipment as well as his expertise. We did the same thing a few months back with TrialVision, a company which markets and creates general computer graphics for lawyers (mainly charts and graphs, maybe an animation some day!) They have also brought in their equipment and clients to the deal. Sometimes to grow, it is better to buy out other companies than to generate all the growth from within.
