The SCSI ID block is the one just beside the power connector. From the
power connector onward, they are labelled:
N P T C B A X

Where "C", "B", and "A" are really the only ones that you need
worry about. They are set up as binary bits, with A being lowest, and C
being highest.
So… If you want your drive to have an ID of 1, put a jumper on "A".
And ID of 2 would have B set, and so on.
As for the terminating resistors… it all depends on where in your
SCSI chain you intend to have your SyQuest. If it's at the end, leave
them in (although you'll have to take the resistor packs out of any other
intermediate drives. ^_^) If it's somewhere in the middle, pull them
out.
