The Warp design is not true Symmetrical Multi-Processing, as is
Windows NT (and now OS/2 and Mach Unix from what I've read). In SMP
systems, each CPU can grab instructions to be executed independantly,
all but insuring top performance. To depend on a single CPU to be
'traffic cop' for X-number of CPUs puts a bottleneck of sorts on
throughput. I suppose this is why Newtek didn't go with a less
expensive option like Warp.
