Thanks for your reply and offer of a file. As you will see later in this thread the Sys Op has kindly offered to send be a file by mail. An other I will have to take up as my boss does NOT pay my CIS bill. If your company is going for CLC then you're in for a good time. I think they give excellant results and are reasonably quick. In Britain at least I have found the support from Canon somewhat lacking (their engineers know next to nothing about the IPU boxes) but Compuserve has helped me out when I need it.
